HELP - I can't find the original thread with the point values. Sorry I'm not very good at getting around these pages.
I walked 4miles on the treadmill I could not go outside because It snowed like crazy today - 2 hour comute :mad:
Had 2 very healty meals (Have to make dinner now - should be healty - but I'll let you know)
and drank 4 bottles of wate (.5L each)

hehe i had visions of you bloated in water and rushed to the hospital to have your tummy pumped;)

my doc asked me to reduce my water consumption as i was drinking more than 3 litres each day. i find it hard not to reach for water but at least my bladder doesn't wake me during the night now

breakfast is still my big downfall. i tend to skip it as when i get up in the morning, the thought of food just isn't appealing. it takes a lot of "convincing" myself to even have a bowl of cereal :( it's a work in progress.

Thanks for the help Sweet Pea and Wide in Winnipeg - Ok I've got 1pt water, 2 pts exercise and 3 pts healthy meals.

Again with the questions - I was very good today - no cheating, but how does that fit in? If I have broiled fish and salad for dinner that is good, but If I follow it with 1/2 gal of ice cream... (not that I'm going to) - Do I just not report the good meal?

I'll check in tomorrow - This is great - I'm glad to see we are all having a good start.

It is 9:20 and I just got finished tucking away the kidlets and had planns to try and get some more time on the treadmill but DH just got home from work and is going running and quite frankly I am just too tired. SO I am going to watch the election coverage. Here is my totals;

Exercise- 1pt :( I'll do better tomorrow I promise
Water - 2pts, yes that 4 litres, can't believe I did it.
Healthy Meals - 3pts

So thats 6pts all told,

Not bad for my first day!!

How many ounces in a liter? I drink by ounces so if someone knows the conversion, I'll post in liters.

Ummm is it ok to start now? Or was this officially started yesterday?

Starting stats (I don't do official measuring because I don't have a measuring tape here)...weight 155 lbs (2 pounds down from last week btw...:) )

If acceptable...yesterday I got

Monday, January 23rd
3 points for meals (breakfast bagel, lunch slimfast, supper chicken wrap, snack popcorn)
1 point for water (just barely...lol opps)
0 points for excercise...opps.
Total= 4 pounds (ek...not too good, but it is something)


Tuesday...so far
2 points for two meals (still have one to go!). Had bagel again this morning, lunch two peices of jam toast and a cup of chicken noodle soup.
0 points so far for water (will get there by the end of the day, especially if I excercise)
0 points for excercise (going to tonight though)
total so far= 2 pounds...lol I"M WINNING! ug maybe not... lol

I was relieved to see that I was not the only one MIA this weekend! We had out of town guests Fri – Sun and a travel basketball tournament for my son so no time to check in. I must say that having to report to all of you has made me exercise EVERY DAY! I had not done that before, and even with the good Wine my guests brought I was able to loose 2 lbs this week! I may not be ahead in the rankings (I need to find more time to exercise), but I am very happy.
