When you fall so far off the wagon that you can't even see the trail, how do you restart? Do I pick up where I left off? Do I go back to induction?

I fell of the wagon and gained back all 60 pluss so there is always some one here to help you back on the wagon Grab hold and we will drag you for a while. Yes back to induction for you rid your body of those nasty side effects of the carbs for atleast two weeks. when you are feeling back to snuff then you can get hold of where you were before. just keep your goals in mind and think of walking through the store hanging on 10 lbs of butter

Everyone falls off the wagon. I know I do a lot. The best thing I have learned to do it start back at your next meal or the next day. Don't wait and don't let it get you down. Okay, so you messed up, it's OKAY! You can do it!!!! Be strong! :strong:

Induction is the best place to start. Like Sue said, it will help you get rid of all the bad stuff. Hang in there, stop in here more often, you will find the way. We are here to help :)

Spending so much time in the hospital w/my mom over the last month, I just didn't care about what I ate. I'm lucky that I didn't gain, but I know that if I don't get back on track, it's just a matter of time. I'm up for it, just didn't know how to go about it when I'd been off plan for weeks.

I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow, and will start induction. Hey, maybe I'll loose a bunch again like I did the first time :)

Hey Tenn, Good to see you back! Yep. Back to induction for a while. You already know you can do it. Don't look back, don't ever give up...only forward, like me. We're all in this together.

Tenn, don't be beating yourself up for not eating OP. You did what you HAD to do! It was a stressful time and I don't think ANYONE could have lived through it OP. So just take a deep breath...let it out...and hold on for the ride :)

Thanks for the support girls! I went shopping and am back OP today. I had coffee and a cheese omelet, will have a grilled chicken salad for lunch and pork chops with asparagus for dinner.

I didn't want to have to do induction again because I got so sick the first time. I swear I felt like I had the flu, and the headache - OW! Maybe it won't be like that this time??? O well, even if it's bad I'm looking forward to getting past it and feeling energetic again.

Tenn, Glad you're back on it. I'm back on today too. After a few days of going through busy and stressful things where sandwiches were the best I could really do, it feels good to be LC again. I hope you don't feel ill this time around. By the way, that asparagus and pork sounds really good!

Hey Tennessee - I have the same birthday as you and I want to get to my goal by then, too (about 35 pounds). I'm going to be 43, how about you?

I'm going to be 44, Morgaine. I hope we both make our 35 by our birthday. Too bad you're so far away, we could celebrate our mutual accomplishment :)

I got back on yesterday, and except for the coffee, everything's going fine.
