I just got Billy's Bootcamp. I sat down to watch the dvds before I use them and read the schedule for when you're supposed to do the videos.

I was just wondering... do you have to stick to the shedule? The basic video looks intense enough... I don't know if I can get to the cardio in the first week. :o

And when you're done with the first four weeks, what kind of schedule should one keep after that?

I'm not familiar with the schedule he provides, but I would think that if you modify to fit your level, there wouldn't be anything wrong with it -- perhaps just not expect as quick as results? But hey! Slow and steady keeps it off, right?

I never went by the schedule - mostly because there were other Taebo workouts I had in addition to those and they weren't listed (ie fat blasters which also use bands).

I would do what works for you and what your body needs. DO what you can and you can always down the road, try the schedule if you like.
