Weight Loss Support - To sticker or not to sticker...HELP

Good morning ladies ~
I've decided I'm going to make myself a calendar to track my progress. I'll give myself a sticker for each day I workout and record my weight on Friday mornings each week so I can look back at it periodically. I'm a visual person so I think this will help.

I need some input from you guys though. I was thinking about putting a different sticker on for the days I eat healthy as well. The problem is I'm afraid if I don't eat so well (which I'm struggling with) that when I look at the calendar, the fact that all the "eat good" stickers are missing will upset me so I won't even be happy about all the "exercise" stickers being there. I don't want to belittle my exercising cuz that's tough, too. OR maybe I'll eat better knowing I'm gonna look at the damn thing with no stickers if I don't. If this made any sense to you guys I'd like some input. :?:

Er... whatever works for you! My rewards system does include a reward for healthy eating, but I allow myself 1 or 2 days of non-healthy eating a week. Also, if it's going to bum you out, allow yourself to be flexible in what you call a healthy day. eg you had a great healthy day but had 1 or 2 pieces of chocolate, well put a sticker on your calendar anyway! 1 or 2 pieces of chocolate isn't going to wreck all your efforts!
