Phase 1 Week one done
I just finished my very first week of SBD.
As this is the first time I have tried SBD I was glad to have the forum to look for reassurance. I still am nervous that I am eating way too much food. I guess this will take getting used to as on any other diet I've done (like WW) I always felt a bit deprived and hungry.
Anyway, week one is gone and so is 6 lbs. I can't really believe it.
I'm off to plan some foods for the next week.
