Default Oh, here we go....

I knew it was coming but I was sooooo hopeful I could handle it better than normal. A couple of weeks before aunt flo gets here I eat. And eat. And eat. And eat some more. Today I have been eating and eating and eating some more.

Does anyone else have this happen to them? Should I just go with how I feel and worry about it later or is there a better solution? I would love to just get outta the house but it's cold and almost dark, dh is watching football, and the 4 year old just feel asleep.

It's absolutely normal! And the good news is ... it has an end!
The best thing you can do is make sure you can only get your hands on good, clean foods. The exercise was a wonderful idea. Can you come up with something to do indoors?

I spent the morning cleaning house so I don't really have the drive to go back and do that again. Since I posted I've had time to make dinner and sit down with the family to eat. Now it's just getting through the night. I think I might take on the kids in some foosball and air hockey.

Thanks for the support, Susan.
