I am on diet number 957!!!! This is the first time I have tried South Beach, though. I started Jan 2 and I have lost about 7-8 pounds. I cheated at the end of the first week (ALREADY!!!)....Oreos, but I am back on track and thought I might better give this a shot. Having encouraging friends and support has got to help!
Welcome, good to see new faces around here, j/k trying to talk like I am just one of the gang when I am really pretty new myself (dec 2005) This bunch of ladies are realllly great, they always know exactly what to say when you are in need, and they are generally pretty funny! Keep up the good work, back away from the OREOS and I wish you all the best with your goal!
