Cool WW and alcoholic beverages

Hi All~

I have a girlie night this weekend and usually drink white wine. I have saved some flex points for this event but was wondering what others do when wanting to imbibe?

I just save up the points and drink. Although, I do try to have a glass of water for every drink I have.

I do the same thing as Schmoopie. Another thing to try is to have mix your wine with club soda to create a Wine spritzer - it saves on calories.

Personally if it is 'bar' wine that is ok to do with but if you are drinking a good wine don't kill it adding seltzer.

Wine served at a bar or restaurant is usually about 8 oz and that is 3-4 points depending on the wine.

Default i have that list too...

the only thing you have to remember is that the calories are usually from the alcohol, and for example, friday night i had about 4 rum and diet cokes. well, i couldn't really count each one as 1.5 pts. because he poured more than 1 oz. in each drink.
