Well I'm ready to go!
Breakfast: oatmeal, banana, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: LO minute steak, sweet potato, stir fry veggies
vat of fruit salad
Snack: cut up red and green peppers and baby carrots w/ranch dip
dinner:?
tbd - may be going to gf's - probably chicken??? etc....
If I'm home??? no idea! Probably pasta & sauce?
