DRINK YOUR WATER!!!
Breakfast: 1/2 PB sandwich with WhWh bread* and 1T. Simply Jif PB*, milk
Snack: 6 Triscuits with 1 slice Swiss cheese*
Lunch: Wheat spaghetti with garlic shrimp, tomatoes, broccoli
Snack: Unsweetened applesauce
Dinner: Deviled egg, light string cheese*, carrots with dill dip

Breakfast: oatmeal, banana, decaf w/light cream
Lunch: probably canned soup, milk
2 clementines
snack: probiotic yogurt
dinner: minute steaks, stirfry veggies, baked sweet potato
Meeting tonight - should be some fresh fruit there I hope - and coffee/tea and diet soft drinks!

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and spenda
Lunch: Eggbeater omelet with FF american cheese and fresh mushrooms.
Snack: None
Dinner: Going out. Not sure where or to eat what.
Skirt steak, guacamole, 10 chips (points) salsa, 3 forkfuls of beans and 2 forkfulls of rice (points)
