Breakfast Ideas - Phase 2 - Strawberry Field Marshall Smoothie

This is adapted from the Abs Diet book. It is very good and very filling!

1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup 1% milk
1 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tsp protein powder
6 crushed ice cubes
1 packet artificial sweetener (if desired)

Whir it together in a blender. Makes 2- 8oz servings drink one and put the other in the fridge for tomorrow :)
