hey, I've been avoiding this place ever since, oh, a week ago :o The reason being I have been completely off plan. There was new years, and going out every night... ya I know NO EXCUSES lol. Anyway, today I cleaned my room (oh it was bad, like the laundry bin and notebooks all exploded in there), and suprise suprise, I'm back on plan today. Maybe the two are related...:dizzy: okay. The good news is I only gained a pound. :)

Staying away for only a week isn't bad at all! And you deserve a round of applause for getting back on the horse; the longer we stay off, the harder it is to hop back on!

1 pound is not bad at all. Sounds like your body handled the extra food well. Good for you for being back on track.
