Question How often do you eat?

Do you find that small frequent meals work better for you or eating less frequently throughout the day?

I am eating several times throughout the day right now, but today I feel like I am starving. Yet, If I skip breakfast and eat a late lunch...I would not feel this way.

Just curious, I know that more people say to eat frequently throughout the day so that you are not hungry but it doesn't seem to be working for me today.

Thanks for you input.
