small olive oil soaked roll 2
focaccia w/fresh mozzarella, pesto & grilled vegs 13
1/2 sl pizza 4.5
sorbet 3

d:
pizza crusts 2

snack:
bites of sorbet/hc ice cream 2

total - oh man what a day and not even very satisfying 34

exercise: walk -1

Wow, two days in a row of decent early morning sleeping. Cross your fingers & let's hope it continues....

water: oh yes, but not as much as i need
