I got these from a fellow Sonoma Chickie, Miss Mel the hottest thing on wheels :scooter:

CHILI POWDER:

3 TB PAPRIKA
1 TB TUMERIC
1/2 TB CAYENNE PEPPER
1/2 TB GARLIC POWDER
YOU CAN ALSO ADD: SMALL AMTS OF CUMIN, CORIANDER, OREGANO, CRUSHED DRIED PEPPER FLAKES.

I USUALLY DOUBLE THIS ONE CAUSE I USE IT IN THE TACO SEASONING BELOW.

ITALIAN SEASONING:

2TB DRIED BASIL
2TB DRIED OREGHANO
2TB DRIED ROSEMARY
2TB DRIED MARJORAM
2TB DRIED CORIANDER


EXOTIC SPICE MIX:

1TB CARDAMOM
1TB CINNAMON
1TB FENUGREEK
1TB ALLSPICE
1TB TUMERIC
1TB BLK PEPPER
1TB WHITE PEPPER
1TB GROUND CLOVES
1TB CORIANDER
1TB NUTMEG
1TB PAPRIKA
1TB CAYENNE PEPPER
I USED THIS IN A CHILI POT W/GROUND TURKEY, BEANS, CAN OF CRUSHED TOMATOES AND RICE. STRANGE TASTE BUT GOOD. LOL BROWN RICE in Sonoma

CAJUN SPICE:

4TB PAPRIKA
2TB GARLIC POWDER
1TB CORIANDER
1/2TSP FENUGREEK
1/2TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
2TB ONION POWDER
1TB CUMIN
1TB THYME
1/2TSP FENNEL
1/2TSP BLK PEPPER
GREAT FOR BLACKENING CHICKEN, OR FISH ON THE GRILL TOO.

GREEK SEASONING:
2TSP OREGANO
1 1/2 TSP ONION POWDER
1 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP ARROWROOT
1 TSP BEEF BOUILLON GRANULES
1 TSP PARSLEY FLAKES
1/2 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 TSP NUTMEG
STEAKS, CHOPS, CHICKEN OR FISH

A HOMEMADE RUB:

1/2 C GARLIC POWDER
LESS THAN 1/4 CUP EACH OF DILL, PAPRIKA AND DRIED MUSTARD.
GREAT FOR FISH

TACO SEASONING:

1/4C DRIED MINCED ONION
1/4C CHILI POWDER
1TB DRIED MINCED GARLIC(I USED POSDER)
1TB CUMIN
1TB CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
2TSP BEEF BOUILLON (I USED HERB OX)
1 1/2TSP DRIED OREGANO
I USE THIS ON ALL MEATS, ADD TO GROUND MEETS AND MAKE TACO WITH LETTUCE LEAVES. YOU CAN ADD THIS TO HOMEMADE SAUCE TO SERVE ON RICE, BAKED POTATOES ETC.
