Fitness Videos - Cable On Demand - Check it out!

Our cable company has something called On Demand and there are several exercise videos to choose from. FREE!!! I haven't done any yet because we only have cable in the living room and I have to get up pretty early to have the living room all to myself. There are several Belly Dancing choices, and lot's more. I have that too! We use Charter, and in the More On Demand area, there is something called MagRack. It has several videos including pilates, yoga, and personal trainer. I think they change them pretty regularly. I think it's a great way to become familiar with different trainers, then you can buy the DVD later.

My sister has it, but our OnDemand service is so antiquated, we hardly get any channels (she's on Comcast, we're on RCN).

Of course, we're paying a LOT less than she is, so it's a tradeoff!

Hi all, just popped in and saw the posts about the fitness ON DEMAND. My work has Comcast and that's what I use during down times at work. I just sorted out programs to do for the next 3 weeks. Its great. Have fun!
