I'm going for the same goal as last month. To do some type of physical activity daily. The past two days I have made a point of walking.

I thought I would check in and see who's movin it.
I miss posting on this thread. I know that I shouldn't keep track for now because when I do I just want to top this goal and then the next goal and it becomes a visious cirlcle for me and I just keep spinning out of control. For now I have promised the doctor I wouldn't work out just walk and swim and a soft peddling on a bike. Today though I have to see if I can get my heart rete up. If it goes to high I need to change my meds.

I'm posting my walk from yesterday here...kinda sore today! Don't quite know what your numbers and slashes mean...but I'll try to get acquainted with each of you and learn!! :)
90 minutes walking - 4 plus miles

I just set my goal: 31 days this month, then mark each day I get in some type of exercise such as walking, videos etc.

Didn't make it every day this month, but a whole lot better then last month. Actually exercised 26 out of 31 days, I'm happy with that.

I think with the start of the new month beginning tomorrow - I am going to try to figure out a monthly goal like ya'll do. Any ideas? Maybe I'll use gayle's - exercise daily for the month. (I won't get seven days in!)
I do know that if I want to "boost" my loss I need to do more than just the walking...but at least that is a beginning. The monthly goal is a good thing too for motivation...
90 minutes!! :carrot: There was a lot to vent/chalk about last night from last week!!! (And the days are getting LONGER so it is LIGHTER LATER!!) ;)

I ended up exercising 26 out of 31 days...not too shabby for this couch potato!
Same goal for Feb., getting in some type of exercise every day.
