hello there i'm new to this group and have just started south beach..does anyone have a good phase one spaghetti sauce recipe??i can live with the squash but the sauce has to be gooooooooood...I welcome all replies

Check out our recipe section or just use your regular recipe but use lean meat and no sugar in the tomatoes.

Hi Jen70! Welcome to the Beach. I don't always have time to make sauce and have found a no sugar added prepackage sauce. It is Classico Tomato Basil and it is just tomatoes and spices. It is the only one I have found that doesn't add sugar to it in some form. My hubby and I really like it. Good luck.
