Hi Mandi, if you're thinking about pre-packaged stuff... none that I can think of..even the SB brand of breakfast items are tagged with Ph2 or Ph3.. Phase 1 really stresses whole foods, low sugars and SLOW carbs. Processed prepackaged stuff just doesn't fit that.

phase 1 eating takes planning and some preparation effort.--but the results, and the "process" of getting into eating healthful is well worth it!
