Default What should I ask?

I have been thinking for awhile now I might have PCOS. Here are a few symptoms I have. I am about 100 pounds over weight and I cant hardly loose with dieting. My monthly periods are out of wack. Sometimes I may have one and then I may go three months or longer without one. It took me about a year to get pregnant with my second son. I have about 16 skin tags as of right now that I can see on my neck. I am now starting to get more facial hair or atleast that I notice. So, how do I get my doc to test me? He is just a GP not a specialist . We live in a small town so I dont have alot of options on who to go to. Is there any questions I should ask my doctor? Do I just ask him to test me or give him a list of my symptoms? Any advice would be much appreciated!
