Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and splenda
Snack: 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce
Lunch: LO ww pasta, marinara and mushrooms (I ate all the chicken the other night!)
Dinner: Chipotle chicken burrito bowl with lettuce, tomato salsa, whole pintos, guacamole, and brown rice that I've made at home. I'll have to count points for the rice since I'm having pasta at lunch. Frankly, if it keeps me from eating pastries, I shouldn't have to count points!
