General Diet Plans and Questions - Newbie Alert!

Hi everyone!
I'm Tina, 37 years old and I live in NH. After months of being frustrated and trying to loose some weight without a proper plan...I've decided to brush off my Suzanne Somers books and start Somersizing again.
I did this a few years ago and was successful..I even Somersized during my last pregnancy and did very well...at least well enough...I usually consider pregnancy a licence to eat! :D
Anyway...I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I thinking of creating a mini goal for myself...25 pounds off before my birthday on May 27.

Where in NH do you live? DH & I lived in Meredith for 20 yrs., then we moved to Bridgewater, just south of Plymouth, where we lived 10 yrs. We moved to FL last year. Couldn't stand the winters anymore.

I Somersized a few years ago, went off it, and can't seem to get back on track. I do love her recipes and still make them now and then.

Meridith is such a pretty area! It's growing by leaps and bounds though...like most of New Hampshire. I'm in Newmarket; it's between Dover and Exeter.
The winters can be brutal here..we actually lived in Anchorage Alaska for a few years and I found that the winters here (in NH) are much worse! :(

I better stop complaining about it...it's not even officially winter yet and we have already had a foot of snow! I think February would be a good time to start complaining about the cold!:dizzy:

Hi there! I noticed that you are from NH!!!! YAY!!!!! I grew up in Rochester New Hampshire, had friends in Dover and Merideth!! I was actually went back there in 2004 for the summer! I LOVE NH!!! I miss it! :( Still have alot of friends down there though. I now live in Ontario.

I'm somersizing...I start on Sunday! I'm looking to lose about 15-20 Lb's that I put on due to medications I was on... Good luck to you! :hug:
