I have to really think about it, because we're having a party at work and they're ordering pizza.

Breakfast: Carb Control tortilla with sausage and egg, milk

Lunch: either ONE piece of pizza, or a salad I take to work

Dinner: something very light

Good luck at the parties - Melissa and Kathy!

My plan:

Breakfast: instant oatmeal, decaf w/light cream

Snack: probiotic yogurt

Lunch: Froufie's famous soup (tomato/beef/barley), carrots w/dip
1 apple

Dinner: late as I am getting nails done after work! Not sure - will defrost something in the morning - otherwise might pick up deli rotisserie chicken at the grocery store on the way home - to avoid having to cook - or grab something I shouldn't!

Update for me too: I had a salad and 1 piece of pizza, plus a big bottle of water, for lunch.

I'm making a roast, potatoes, carrots in the oven right now for kids. Judd will eat LO from last night and I'm not hungry.

I don't think that looks bad, Melissa. You're doing okay!

You aren't really. They just have different nutritional values.

I might actually be eating more. I need to measure everything to see how much I'm packing in the mornings. Because I eat a lot of cereal and grapes. Probably 2-3 servings of each. I eat constantly. I sometimes think the people around me at work are going to snap if they hear any more chewing.

My three dietary quirks are that I don't eat after 6pm, always get 3 servings of dairy a day, and don't use artificial sweeteners. I don't know if any of those makes any difference at all. I also drink 5-6 cans of carbonated water a day, but that's just weird.

I didn't even know carbonated water existed all by itself in a can!
I think your "guidelines" are pretty good. I could not stop eating at 6pm--although that would help! My big downfall time is snacking in the evening.
You are so funny--I'm sure your co-workers can't hear you chewing.

Oh and Kathy you are being too nice. You know those biscuits were at least 5 pts/piece.
