Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - Looking for a Cookie Recipe

My Mom just recently moved and lost a cookbook. She thinks it was from the Canadian diabetes association. She used to make these big cookies from a recipe in it. It only made 6 big cookies. Does anyone know of it? or maybe have the book. I thought it would be nice if I could find it for her.
