not clever today with titles. i'm still doing slimfast/core

b--sf bar, hot tea/splenda
l--ff pizza, sf bar
s--sf snack bar/tangerine
d--lean cuisine, ww roll, 1.5 cups tossed salad, 1 tablespoon ff ranch
s--tangerine

Breakfast: 5 prunes

Lunch: 3 soft boiled eggs

Snack: Del Monte Fruit Naturals Peach cup

Dinner: Grilled chicken with chicken broth

Hey everyone! Hope your Sunday's are going well. Here's my input on the menu:

b-1 cup shredded wheat
1 packet of Splenda
skim milk
coffee w/2 packets of Splenda and skim milk

l-1 WW smart ones chicken santa fe meal (2 points)
1/2 cup black beans
salad w/broccoli, vinegar and salt

snack-1 WW chocolate ice cream bar (1 point)

d-chicken stir fry
1/2 cup rice
salad w vinegar and salt

snack-Act II microwave popcorn. 1 Apple.

My weird day:

Brunch (around 11:30 am) - 2 eggs scrambled w/milk, 1 sliced tomato, 1 slice ww soy bread, 1 tsp margarine, 1 glass milk

Snack: 1 pink grapefruit

Snack: 1 decaf lf maple macchiato coffee at Starbucks

Snack: 1 bowl raisin bran cereal w/milk

Party: ??? will try to limit any potato pancake eating - hopefully there should be salads, veggies/ dip etc and of course the fruit platter that I'm bringing!

Sandra, I guess I'm doing ok. I'm doing all that I can to help myself. At the risk of being gross, I'm afraid to eat since next to nothing is coming out!

vickie, i hope everything comes out all right. you have enough health issues right now and don't need that, too.
