Hello everyone!! Happy Holidays! I joined LAWL 9 weeks ago and I have lost 32 pounds. I have 70 to go. My goal was 160 but I am thinking of making it 140 instead. Depends on what I look like at 160 and 5'9''. I have been reading all the post for the last hour and everyone is doing so good. It has been nice to be able to hear about how other people are going on LAWL. I am looking forward getting to know everyone. Is there any helpful hints somebody can give me? Also, I am getting so tired of chicken and turkey, can I eat RF peanut butter and lose just as quickly? Thanks so much! :)
