I was 141 this morning. I expected it to be up since I've been doing so much munching lately, but who knows, maybe my body has needed those extra calories.

Almost there! :)

Congratulations. I am currently battling to stay in the 120's. I used to be in the 150's, so I freak out when I start getting closer to that again.

I'll tell you, what was the most exciting for me was getting out of the 200's. It had been several years (at least 5) since I saw my weight begin with a "1" instead of a "2".

Once I made it 199, I was pumped. I was like, "alright, I can do this and I WILL get back down to a normal weight." Because although seeing the 200's going down was nice, it was still the 200's to me. 205 looked no different to me than 220. But the 100's? Yeah, baby! That was working ;)

Thanks again, everyone!

You're doing fantastic, Linda!! :D

I never in a million YEARS thought I'd ever be in the 130s again. I haven't "been here" since 4th or 5th grade. Somehow I thought 140 was as low as I could go, but I've been holding steady here for about a week now.

It's amazing what you can do once you tell yourself you can do it!

Keep up the great work!! :carrot:

That's the truth. Tell yourself you can instead of constantly making excuses. Like I always did, lol.

Congrats on seeing the 130's :)

I know what you mean to be glad to get out of the 200's. Everytime I get into a new digit I get pumped... The 170's was super exciting and hopefully I will make it to the 160's soon!

You'll get there!

It's always fun to see a new set of numbers because the more weight you lose, the longer it takes to get the rest off. I was in my 160's and 150's for what seemed like forever. But I was okay with that because slow is better anyway and I knew it would come off eventually. For a while I was anxious to get the weight off and would get REALLY discouraged at how long it took, especially when I'd hit a plateau. But I eventually relaxed about it and just kept telling myself that it didn't matter how long it took, as long as it eventually happened. Like now, I'm totally prepared for these next 9-10 pounds to take another good 6 months or longer. But that's okay. They'll come off :)
