LA Weight Loss - Knudsen juice

I got the juice! Do I mis it the same 1/2/ juice 1/2 water for the two days?

Then do I just drink that though the day? That does not seem like a lot to drink.

you have to sill get in your 8 glasses of water too.

and you still have the juice the four times a day.

For the juice do you drink the 6 oz juice and 2 oz water 4 times a day? I am really confused on this.

Tahuna- the original idea behind TO - is to use the 4oz of the LAWL juice mixed with 4oz of water in addition to the normal 64 oz of water a day -- however, you truly can mix it with as little or as much water as you want! Katie checked the calories of the TO juice and the Knudsens and found that the Knudsens juice had less calories for 4oz, so that's where the 6oz of Knudsens came from.

But - IMHO -you can drink it straight. You can drink it mixed with seltzer. You can mix it with as much water as you want. (most people seem to go with mixing it with 2oz of water to make 8oz - but since water has no calories, it doesnt' seem to make that much difference to me how much water you put with it).

I got that part, but I am doing it as the Take off for two days. And the Directions from LA say to mix 16 oz of juice with 16 oz water of the TO juice. But if I am using Keudsen juice I mixed it the same way. Acutally I should have used 24 oz of juice with 8 oz of water for the two day event. That would have then created the same caloric content.

I am doing the TO today as well. I tried mixing it with 4oz of water and gross! Way too watery... So for my second round of the day, I drank it straight. I am still pounding the water down, so far, one liter...one to go! I am not sure that I will be able to do two days of this, but God knows I have to try...I have been a very bad girl and am up 4 lbs over the weekend! I cannot wait for the holidays to be over!

So I did the take off and had a low sugar attack from it. Bad headache, and so hungery I was going to die. I tried it again yesterday and can't do it. Not to mention I got weighed in and was up four lbs. I usually go in the am and I went in the evening, so that may be the difference. I also felt out of control on the juice. I just may do the juice one more time when I come back from my vacation and do it the same way that I did it when I first joined.

How is everyone mixing theres for the two days of take off. I did 16 ox juice and 16 oz water and it was like drinking water. Any other suggestions.

were you splitting up your meals throughout the day? that ussually helps me (I do more of a snack all day thing, keeping veggies like cuccumber or celery handy for major hunger pains)

also I cut the lites in half so I can get my sugar fixes in 4 times a day.

But if it doesn't work for you, don't make yourself do it.

Oh, and I was always told not to weigh myself until after the second day of TO, because you ussually stay were you are or show a small gain on the first day (unless you have been really bad right before doing it)

I am trying to get a response if you think that the Knudsen's does the trick. I think that it has the same ingredients from what I saw, but I haven't tried it yet. I just wondered what you ladies results were that have used it already.

I believe that this juice will do the trick if you follow the 2 day TO plan. My health food store is out of it at the moment, but it's on sale for $1.99 a bottle. I plan to get 5 of them and just put them away.

Please let me know your results with this brand.

The only diff is that the LA juice has banana puree in it, and Knudsens does not.

Would I mess up TO if I drank the Knudsen's juice straight?

No just drink 6 oz at a time, 4 times a day.

I have looked for this juice everywhere and cant seem to find it. Sheenie you live somewhat close to me, do you buy this juice? And if so where??

I get mine from Whiting Indiana. It is on Indianapolis Blvd/route 41 (the other end of lake shore drive when you go to the south side) It is right next to the Horseshoe casino in Hammond. Not sure how far that is from you. when I went to the website I saw some places in the city that had it, so they might be closer to you. the place I am talking about would be about 2 minutes over the boarder.
