How about Sugar-Free or No Sugar Added candies like gummi worms?? How do I count those? And what about bubble tea too?

Foxy - I think the plan allows 3 sugar free candies a day? not included in the condiment count?

Not sure what bubble tea is?

I'd say you could eat 3 sugar free gummy worms (though I don't remember ever seeing those). Those sugar free candies can be quite high in calories (like 30 for a tiny piece...and that adds up QUICK), so be careful. I really like the Green Apple flavored extra gum...it's like eating candy but is only 5 cal/stick.

jolly rancher candies are about 30-40 calories for 4, so i ussualy have them if i want some. they taste just like the real thing.

I like the coffee flavored SF candies. Also the Baskin Robbins SF Sorbet candies are really good, and only 10 cal a piece.
