Default Website for induction menu or can you post yours?

I am almost 1 week into this and need induction menu ideas. Can you please post any websites you know that have listings of induction foods/recipes or can you give me examples of what you ate. thanks.

I'm not a very adventurous eater. Most of what I eat for breakfast involves eggs and sausage (fried eggs, boiled eggs, omelets). Lunch? Depends on how hungry I am. Sometimes it's just a slice of sausage, sometimes it's a couple hotdogs. Sometimes it's hotdogs and a salad. Supper usually is a HUGE salad with some type of meat. More salad than meat, really. Sorry I couldn't be more help

I'm with Brenda, I'm not adventerous either in my eating habits. I have lots of atkins recipe books but right now I'm settling on the foods that don't cause me to stall.

For breakfast it's eggs, lunch a hamburger or taco salad and for supper it's usually a shake....

I just search for Induction friendly low carb recipes and I get LOADS of sites to go through. I'm very experimental otherwise I get way too bored. I do plunk the #s into Fitday tho, just to see the calculations even though they may already be provided. The reason I do this is the products I buy (maybe it's a Canadian thing?) seem to be higher in carb counts than those in the US so my carb count for a recipe may be way higher than what the recipe states it is. If I really want to make it, I adjust the ingredients to be more carb friendly & hope it works out LOL. Also...watch things like hot dogs. The ones available where I am are way too high in carbs for me to have (on induction that is) so I avoid them.

Welcome to the group too! Hope to see you join in the weekly chat!
