Good Morning everyone! I thought I'd start off, since I've finally moved from "I stayed the same again". I'm down 1.4lbs!! Getting there slowly...

Have a great week everyone!

12-12-2005, 12:23 PM
Great losses everyone.

I most certainly don't have good news. My freaking scale said I'm up 6.1 freaking pounds. :?: :( I'm really confused as I thought I was doing well. Anyway, life sucks and I know it. I'm being honest in my ticker and hopefully I'll get to move it down next week. Wish me luck.

I won't be around this week as I have finals and graduation on saturday. See you at weigh in next monday.

By the way, this is right about where I usually QUIT...

Shannon -- Don't give up!! THink about some of the non-scale ways in which you know things are working. Do you feel better? Have more energy?? Just like doing something for you? There are lots of reasons beyond the scale to view success. Plus, if you give up now the stinking scale wins, and we can't have that!!

Let's ALL keep doing this! Even if the scale has it in for us!! Way to go everyone!

12-12-2005, 01:06 PM
Way to go, Beth, wyllenn, Dee, Sarah, and Krista! :bravo:

Try not to fret too much, Shannon. If you're doing all the right stuff, it should be reflected in the scale eventually. In the meantime, feel proud that you're working hard and treating yourself with love. You're doing a great job. Don't even think about quitting! :nono: Hope all goes well for finals and graduation. :)

My first week back in the groove has paid off. :goodscale: Not only do I feel so much better, I got a 6 pound drop too! :dancer:
Water or not, who cares? :D

12-13-2005, 11:18 AM
Dishy: You must have rubbed your 6 pound drop off on me as well :D THANK YOU! I dropped 6 pounds this past week as well. I think the water is started to really fall off now :P I'll take it! haha

Again, didn't believe it.. had to look at least 6 times and then reasoned with myself that the scale wouldn't drop if I wasn't losing it... Not some conspiracy going on :P

Congrats to everyone doing such a fabulous job! Shannon, don't feel down! You're doing a great job!! I'm sure it'll register next week!!

Down another 2 lbs this week. That puts at 2 away from my original goal. I'm getting excited. Maybe next week I will see that 245 on the scale just in time for Christmas.

Here I am on Howie's coattails (as usual, LOL). I lost a pound, so I'm at 200. I was hoping for ONEderland, but at least I lost this week instead of maintaining like I have the last 2 or 3 weeks!

12-16-2005, 01:01 PM
Well done, you two! It's good to have any drop after a few weeks of sticking, Kimberley. I'm really pleased for you. :)

12-16-2005, 04:07 PM
WTG u2. Looks like you both may reach some awesome milestones next week. :D

I didn't weigh last week. I did weight this week and lost 1.6 lbs.
I've lost 4.4 lbs so far this month even though I have indulged on fudge.
I haven't been working out, only eating right Sun-friday but right only in I kept to my points but I haven't gotten in fruit, veges, or exercise. I am giving myself permission but apparently still doing okay dontcha think :)

Next week going to Houston to see my parents. My mother is on WW and will be cooking within plan. Hopefully one more weight loss on the books for the new year.

Great job everyone else you are all doing so well!!

12-17-2005, 01:47 PM
Thanks, Dawnyal. WTG, Liz!

I sneaked on the scale again this morning and guess what...I'm actually in ONEderland now!

I got weighed @ Mayo Clinic, I am 143.....kilograms. I figured it out to be about 315 pounds, the girls/boy across the pond could prolly tell me better than google.com. But that is pretty good for going off my diuretic almost a month ago. I know it's a gain, but I also know it's all water, and I will soon be losing it.
