Friday - Abs
Goal: Hope to run 4 miles or more on Saturday or Sunday.

Gonna hit this everyday. Today;ran .5 miles & swam 30 minutes moderate pace. Walked the mall with husband.

Yoga for flexibility - forward poses. My hammies (hamstrings) are awake now!
