Hi. Can someone please tell me if we can eat beans - black beans, pintos, chickpeas etc? If so how much is a serving? I am on gold but do not see it listed.

Dawn, I thnk green beans are a definately a veg! At least I use them that way. Youc an buy the fat free variety from the store if you aren't too worried about the sodium.
