LA Weight Loss - Fruit sizes?!

How do you guys figure out fruit sizes....? I mean what size is considered a small orange, a small apple...or the one that is really getting me a medium clementine? I've tried doing a google search but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess just try to compare it to the others in the fruit bin. My grocery store actually will put "small oranges, 5/$1...small apples, 5/$1." I figure if they think it's small, that's good enough for me. As long as you steer clear of the biggest ones that look like they are grown on steroids, you should be fine.
