'Breaking in' upper body workout...about 20 minutes with no, or very light weights.

45 min on the treadmill at the gym ( wanted to do the elliptical but wouldnt you know that one did not open up while I was there :mad: )

Wednesday: Walked about three miles with Junior...temps in the teens...brisk breeze off the river. Had my iPod with the Dixie Chicks to keep my pace and to keep my mind in a warmer, southern climate ;)

Wednesday- 1 hour step class at the gym

Saturday: 2 mile walk, and then a lot more at the tree farm. :) Total so far today 10,546.
