Ok.I have seen how some of you really love your exercise yape/dvd The Firm.I went on ebay and am soo confused..lol..Which one do you guys use?I just want to get the right one :carrot: :carrot: :carrot:

I have lots of Firm workouts. I would recommend starting with their newest system the TransFirmer. Then you will get the new step, and at least 4 workouts with it.
