Whos up for a challenge?! :^:

I have been off track for a month, and i really need a good motivational challange to get me back on the wagon:o

So would love to hear from chickies who feel the same, and who have some ideas how we can make this challenge really work for us, heres to a slim xmas! :D

Im going to set myself weekly challenges:
1. Eat at least three portions of fruit and veg a day
2. Exercise 3 times a week
3. Drink that water! 6 pints a day
