LA Weight Loss - Supplements!!!

Hi, I was wondering about using other supplements instead of the supplements LAWLC sell you , pills one can buy at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. For example the EXEL or Trimax, what can be used for that??? What about Multi-Vitamins, which brand would you reccomend???

GNC website lists most of their products along with ingredients, check out the website and compare it to your LAWL box. I use EFA's from my local drug store, but get the rest of my stuff from VitaminWorld.

It basically messes up everything....
