I am thankful that those brave Pilgrims crossed the Atlantic so many years ago in search of religious freedom. I am so thankful for my family and friends and my new friends here online. May many blessings come your way.

I am definitely thankful for all of you. We found each other in a roundabout way ... mostly due to overindulging in food. And while that sounds bad, it means that we have plenty to eat. Many people all over the world are starving, and we are abundantly blessed!

I am thankful that God has seen fit to bless me with His unconditional love. I have been given a lot of "second chances" thru the years and although I've not deserved some, overlooked others, and messed quite a few of them up, I hope that I've also made some wise choices along the way.

To be free to live anywhere we want, to be allowed to worship when and how we choose, to be able to vote and speak out in disagreement without fear of imprisonment or even death, to live in these great times with all of our opportunities that are around us EACH and EVERY day ... how can we feel anything but blessed? We all have so much to be thankful for.

I'm thankful for my husband Jim and the rest of my family and friends. Also for my great life and wonderful home. I can "afford" to be retired at 49 and have my health (most of it anyway!) and when I don't, I'm lucky enough to have health insurance. I'm grateful for the country I live in and all the rights and freedoms that I often take for granted. I'm thankful every morning for all these things when I wake up!

Oh Yes, and as I said before on another thread, I am VERY thankful for all of you and for the never ending support and encouragement that you offer without fail. Some of my closest personal friends do not support me as much as all of you do. Thanks!
