Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - Anyone have a good Waldorf Salad recipe???

I am wanting to make a waldorf salad for Thanksgiving. I can't stand mayonnaise so it would have to be a recipe without mayonnaise. I was thinking maybe I could do fat free yogurt and marshmallow cream to replace the mayonnaise.....If any of you have a good recipe without mayonnaise or any suggestions please feel free to post. Thanks so much in advance. :)

I'm thinking perhaps use fat free plain yogurt and/or fat free sour cream in place of the mayo?

Here is a very different waldorf recipe which is nice for the holidays:

CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD

8 oz. canned jellied cranberry sauce, chilled
1/4 c. light sour cream
1/4 c. Cool Whip Free
2 c. chopped apple
1 c. chopped celery

Mash cranberry sauce with fork. Fold in sour cream and whipped topping and blend well. Stir in apple and celery. Refrigerate until served.
10 to 12 servings
