Hey everyone,

I have not posted on this thread before but have read threads with great advice from you guys and need help! Almost exactly a year ago this month, I started REALLY watching what I ate - mostly because none of my clothes fit anymore and I had started working full time after college. I was sooooo "good" on my diet and I ended up losing between 15-20 lbs. I started to notice a slight gain again this summer and then more and more and today I have come to the realization that if I don't do something I will have gained it ALL back! I am getting married in January and was fitted for my dress probably 5 lbs ago! What should I do, I feel like I still try to be strict on my diet, I exercise at least 4 days a week - running and pilates. Help! I am sending back a swimsuit I ordered for my honeymoon this week because it is too SMALL! Depressing. Thanks in advance for all the great advice!

Why don't you go on fitday and be brutally honest with yourself and calculate your calories faithfully and perhaps try to lower the daily amount by a couple hundred cals. Also, maybe you could up the exercise to 5 days a week and see how that goes. Good Luck!

Congratulations on stopping your weight gain before all the weight came back. And congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

Think about the things that you did that made you gain the weight back, and then stop doing those things. Pretty soon you'll be on your way back down again.
