what is your strategy for getting through thanksgiving xmas, hannauka and new years?

mine is moderation.

did you know that 1/2 c stuffing is only 1 g fat when you use either 1/4 c ff margarine or 1/4 c butter spray? you cant even taste the diff. i just found a yummy recipe on the back of the box that says to add 1/4 c onions and 1/4 c celery.

btw: mashed spuds can also be ff when using either ff milk or low salt chicken broth and the ff margarine.

Hi Diane!!
This year I am going to treat the holidays like its just another day!1 Stick to the diet,exercise and eat what I want in MODERATION.I don't have a real diet plan yet, so I eat whatever I want! I know that for me,one day off the diet=2weeks off the diet,and it's very difficult to start up again,so I choose not to give up!!
And for those of you who do fall off the diet and exercise program,get back on!! You are probably feeling pretty crappy for not stickin' to it,but you'll feel great again in no time! I promise!

I started a diet today,it's only for 3 days,let's see what happens...Kickin' this thread up a notch too!!
