Smile Cinnamon roll calorie question (yum)

Okay, so I bought the Pillsbury sugar-free cinnamon rolls and kind of overate this morning. The nutrition info. claims they each have 110 calories. My question is; does that calorie count include the icing, too? Normally I wouldn't care, but I seriously ate a lot of them (as in 5!) Thanks for all replies!

Hmm, I presume it would, but may be you could check the container again if you would like.

I would also assume that the icing was included. Hope they were good!

Thumbs up

I have tried those cinnamon rolls and they are delicious! Usually when I'm in a hurry in the morning, I'll have two along with my coffee. I checked and the count does include the icing....however, just be careful because I've learned that's if it's sugar-free, beware of how many you consume because of the sugar alcohols.

WOW....they sound good...but I would be affraid of overeating with them too. So I will have to just pass and stick with my oatmeal!

WOW for 110 calories???? I gotta try this! I just made a batch of the Costco boxed kind of Cinabon -- and if you make the recipe for 18 muffins each one is about 220 -- so the Pillsbury one would be great! I guess they are made with Splenda?
