Default Adding in exercise to successful weight loss question.

I've recently added in daily exercise to my life. How do I account for it with my daily calories? I've lost my weight by being more active and keeping my calories low. Now that I'm exercising twice a day should I increase my calories? I usually eat in between 1100-1300 cal. I'm 5' 6" and weigh 170. I'm thinking of maybe increasing them to 1300-1500. Any thoughts?????

TIA

I would increase the calorie consumption a bit. It if doesn't work out, you can always cut back again.
