Carb Counters - Water Challenge Week of 11/14-20

The challenge is: Who can get their required 64 OZ of water (or more) in each day?? Put your name in. Then if you get your required water in for each day, cut and paste it into a new reply..and add that day with a :) if you haven't gotten it in, then put a :( . Sound good? AND...when you put your smilie (because we're ALL going to get smilies.....right?!?!) copy the person (or people) that have replied with that days water intake. That way we can see as we go WHO has done great that day...or we (you) can encourage the ones (me) that haven't ( :lol: ) .
So it could look like this:

I was 8 OZ shy of getting the goal!!! Dang!!! I couldn't drink anymore! Well, better luck today!

A little stragegy that's helped me get the water down is drinking a 20 oz. bottle of water first thing in the morning - I just suck it down and get it over with. I don't let myself drink any coffee till it's done. I drink my first cup of coffee at work, and don't let myself have a refill till the second 20 oz. is gone. Doing it this way I have 1/2 my water down before 9:30 am.

ok, I was trying to ignore this thread :lol: yesterday I was go go go all day, I think I might have had a total of 20 oz!!! And the liquor store had a low carb key lime drink that I was REQUIRED to drink with a diet sprite. Thank God it tasted like crap and I probably only drank 8 oz. at most. ok, enough babbling:

Well at least I got my water in......are we counting like crystal light in water??? I'm having a rough time today getting in my water.....not even 24ozs in yet. I'm gonna have one of those day's I think. Just was wondering. I don't think I will count it unless it is just plain water.

This stinks and looks REALLY bad! I'm the one that started this challenge and I can't even get my water intake in!! Too short again!

Brenda~ try drinking your water thru a straw. I find I get alot more in, alot faster. Making it alot easier to drink all of it.
