Airdyne bike for half hour (or 2 Go-Go's songs, 2 Dixie Chicks, Kelly Clarkson and a Santana) Then 5 mins of Crunches (1 James Taylor - Sweet Baby James) ;)

TUESDAY- 1 hr water aerobics
