HI everyone! Im new to Core. I just started this week! Anyway here is my menu for the day.

B=oatmeal with strawberries, coffee with milk and splenda
L=texmex meal (ff cottage cheese, black beans, onions, spices, and ff shredded cheese) with a salad (1pt)
S=apple and milk
D=homemade chicken and brown rice soup
s=ff sf peach jello with cool whip

Snack: Crustless Pumpkin Pie and a plop of FF Cool Whip
