These are the reasons I can see for staying OP:
more energy
not bloated all the time
not gassy
healthier eating choices
to lose weight
What reasons can YOU think of to add??

* Can walk without getting out of breath.
* Can paint my toe nails without getting red in the face because I have to hold my breath to reach!!!!
* Have more self respect because I know I had succeeded at something by not giving up when things get tough.
* To prove to others that this is not "just another diet" that they think i am doomed to fail.
* And most of all to do it for myself because if I dont do it for me no one will!!

LOL, I like the love making one, ITA!!!!
Don't know about you, but if I go off point I have bathroom problems to put it nicely.
I have more self confidence.
I feel younger (not that I'm very old, but instead of feeling like an old mom, I feel my age).
Cuter clothes.
Definitely more energy to play with kids.
Don't feel like I'm going to need a 2 o'clock nap anymore.

When I am consistant OP (yes, I CAN remember back that far!) I:
*Can't hear that Carb Monster in my head
*Don't focus on food constantly (what am I going to eat, when am I going to eat, where am I going to eat, how much am I going to eat)
*Have better skin & hair
*Feel more in control of my eating habits, myself and my life, which translates into being a more productive person in all aspects of my life (OMG - the lightbulb just went on when I typed that! NO WONDER I am procrastinating about housework, etc. - duh! I'm out of control on most every level in my life! wow - I'm going to start working on this [baby steps at first] and see what happens!)
