Heya girls. I'm here. I know I told you about my kids being sick right? Well, my good fortune gave me the stomach flu. So I've been in bed. I've been able to keep down a can of Fresca in the last 24 hours. Mom is making soup, so cross your fingers for me that I will be able to eat. Not really the way I wanted to get back into ketosis LOL.

Take care of yourself and don't worry about what's going in your mouth. When you're sick you have to take care of yourself first. Sometimes it's just not possible to stay OP. Just remember....you'll lose it fast and feel great :)
