Thanks guys! But don't forget, my goal was to lose only seven pounds starting 8/28, some of you have lost more than that since then and you all deserve applause too!

Now the trick is to keep it off until Thanksgiving! Actually I'm starting to think maybe I'm not losing weight, my scale is just broken, because my BF is losing now too!
